Error pop up whilst in chat

Since the new update of the fcc client,myself and a couple of others have occasionally had a pop up come up whilst being in chat.

Its says something about .NET framework error, and then it asks to continue,or quit.

There is also a details tab..which i have copied and will post below. (its quite long btw)
